Ashley Abbondanza Named SingleSource CIO
Ashley Abbondanza was promoted to Chief Innovation Officer at SingleSource Property Solutions, Canonsburg, Pa.
Abbondanza will spearhead the company’s strategic innovation initiatives, optimize operational workflows and leverage data to enhance efficiency.
She has spent nearly 20 years at SingleSource, and has held key roles in valuations, property preservation, inspections and vendor management.
Embrace Home Loans Chooses Donny Panasis for Viera, Fla., Branch
Embrace Home Loans, Middletown, R.I., has hired Donny Panasis as Branch Manager for its Viera, Fla., office.
In addition to loan origination, he will lead the branch’s growth initiatives.
Panasis was previously a loan originator for The Mortgage Firm and TD Bank and has about a decade of experience.

Thornsberry will spearhead TC&E’s client acquisition and retention strategies, enhance service delivery and fortify the company’s industry partnerships.
She has more than seven years of experience in the real estate industry, beginning her career as a real estate agent. She has also worked as an enterprise account executive with a national title company.
Jason Biegel Joins Fay Group in Capital Markets Role
The Fay Group, Tampa, Fla., has welcomed Jason Biegel as President of its Capital Markets team.
Biegel has more than three decades of experience in the residential mortgage and financial services industries. He spent 17 years at Bear Stearns, and has worked for Lone Star Funds, Angelo Gordon and Change Lending LLC.
He will oversee initiatives including whole loan trading, mortgage servicing rights investments and growth in capital markets capabilities, among other responsibilities.
Service 1st Welcomes Four Senior Hires
Service 1st announced four senior hires. Brad Shiller and Kerry Goodman join as National Sales Directors. Elaine Edginton is joining as Vice President of Operations. Tom Moser is joining as Manager of Systems Integration.
Shiller previously worked at Factual Data and Data Facts.
Goodman has more than 25 years of sales and business development experience and has held leadership roles at Indecomm, Verity Global Solutions and Loan Logics.
Edginton has nearly forty years of experience, including at CrossCountry Mortgage and Change Home Mortgage.
Moser was previously with Dart Appraisal.
CMG Home Loans Hires Shawn Williams
CMG Home Loans, San Ramon, Calif., announced the addition of Shawn Williams as Area Sales Manager.
Williams will work in the Maryland area and has two decades of experience.
He began his career with Countrywide Home Loans (later acquired by Bank of America) and has worked for George Mason Mortgage and Academy Mortgage Corp.
