MCT Announces Fannie Mae Integration

Mortgage Capital Trading, San Diego, announced an integration with Fannie Mae’s new Loan Pricing API.

The API combines various price factors and utilizes a broader set of data found in bid tapes, and marks the latest in a series of recent collaborations between MCT and Fannie Mae.

It will also provide greater transparency into the granular-level pricing Fannie Mae provides to sellers in the MCT Marketplace.

For mutual clients, pricing from the new API is integrated into execution analysis, commitment and delivery processes in the MCT marketplace, and Fannie Mae sellers will retain access to the other execution options they had previously.
