He currently serves as Founder and COO of LendArch. Previously he was the Global Mortgage Practice Head at Tata Consultancy Services.
Spectrum Solutions Promotes Talia Ramirez to President
Spectrum Solutions, Sheridan, Wyo., announced that Talia Ramirez has been promoted to President.
Ramirez previously served as Senior Vice President, and has 18 years of experience in mortgage servicing and default management. She previously worked for Specialized Loan Servicing (now Shellpoint) and Bank of America.
She will oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives and financial planning and spearhead sales and marketing efforts.
ServiceLink Taps Liz Green
ServiceLink, Moon Township, Pa., has hired Liz Green as Senior Vice President of Valuation Solutions.
She will help drive the organization’s valuations-related strategy and continue pioneering the digitization and modernization of valuation solutions.
Green currently serves as the Chair of the Property and Valuation Services Community of Practice for the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) and has previously won an MBA NewsLink Tech All-Star award.
Certainty Home Lending Welcomes Tony Bardin
Certainty Home Lending, a Rate Co., Chicago, has added Tony Bardin as Vice President of Mortgage Lending.
Bardin has more than three decades of experience in mortgage origination, and has held roles such as a Private Mortgage Banking Manager and Private Mortgage Banking Sales Supervisor.
He will be based in Los Angeles.
Ronald Brown Joins Merchants Bank
Merchants Bank, Carmel, Ind., has welcome Ronald Brown as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
Brown has more than 30 years of experience in the residential mortgage lending industry, and has held roles with BMO Harris Bank and Indiana Members Credit Union, where he worked in conventional, VA and FHA loan origination.
He will be based out of Merchants Bank’s headquarters in Carmel.
Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. Adds Liz Dunlap
Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla., has added Liz Dunlap as a new Agency Representative.
She will be based with the Virginia team, and will work with title agents in central and southern Virginia to grow their market footprint, among other responsibilities.
Dunlap has been working in the industry for more than two decades and has held roles at Doma Title Insurance and WFG National Title Insurance Co.
