Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., X1 Analytics, Mortgage Connect Work on Fannie Mae Pilot
Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla., announced a partnership with X1 Analytics, Irvine, Calif., on Fannie Mae’s Title Acceptance pilot. Westcor worked with Mortgage Connect, Moon Township, Pa., in creating the solution.
It combines X1’s title engine capabilities with Mortgage Connect’s automated title curative and scalable closing process.
The pilot is an ongoing Federal Housing Finance Agency and Fannie Mae effort to modernize the closing process and reduce costs.

Truv, Blue Sage Solutions Team
Truv, Las Vegas, and Blue Sage Solutions, Englewood Cliffs, N.J., announced a strategic integration, giving lenders access to Truv’s advanced verification capabilities within their existing workflows in the Blue Sage LOS.
The capabilities provide direct access to real-time income and employment data within the Blue Sage environment.
The streamlined verification process can reduce costs and improve efficiency for lenders, the companies said.

Down Payment Resource Announces Strategic Partnership With FirstHome IQ; Arcasa Program Listed in DPR’s Directory
Down Payment Resource, Atlanta, announced a partnership with FirstHome IQ, Los Angeles, a nonprofit aiming to empower the next generation of homeowners.
The partnership will embed DPR’s data and tools into FirstHome IQ’s curriculum, allowing educators and housing professionals ways to surface relevant assistance programs.

Also, Arcasa, Sheridan, Wyo., announced its Energy-Smart DPA program is now in the DPR directory.
Energy-Smart DPA combines a market-rate home loan with energy-efficient upgrades and is available for use with Federal Housing Administration financing.
It allows borrowers to reduce upfront origination costs and potentially lower their monthly mortgage payments. Solar installation is a required component of the financing package, and takes place after closing.

Informative Research, Garden Grove, Calif., announced the availability of Halcyon’s IRS tax transcript service within the IR Verification Platform.
It expands Informative Research’s suite of verification of income and employment options, allowing lenders to access tax transcript data from the IRS through Halcyon’s technology.
The integration gives lenders more flexibility to automate income validation, meet investor rep and warrant relief requirements and streamline workflows.

FICS, Wescom Launch Preferred Hosting Partnership
FICS, Addison, Texas, and Wescom Resources, a wholly owned credit union service organization of Wescom Financial, Anaheim, Calif., announced a new partnership establishing Wescom Resources as the preferred nationwide hosting partner for FICS’ full suite of software solutions.
Wescom Resources will host products such as Mortgage Servicer, Commercial Servicer and Loan Producer, and FICS’ complementary reporting and document management services.
Wescom Resources has hosted FICS systems for credit unions and related financial institutions for more than 20 years. It provides clients with full-system hosting, storage, updates, backups and management of FICS platforms, as well as API-driven automations.
The organizations will also collaborate on product and system planning and provide system implementation, integration and support services to mutual clients.
