MBA Weighs in With Senate Banking Committee on ROAD to Housing Act

MBA sent a letter to Senate Banking Committee Chair Tim Scott (R-S.C.) and Ranking Member Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) regarding the ROAD to Housing Act of 2025.

The committee marked up the bill Tuesday.

MBA told the senators it supports the bill’s numerous provisions to address our nation’s persistent housing supply and affordability challenges. The letter contains several views regarding specific sections of the bill that MBA supports, as well as a few that it believes should be refined and strengthened.
