ICE Adds New Options to Servicing Portal

ICE Mortgage Technology, Atlanta, announced new integrations between its origination and servicing solutions that allow homeowners to apply for home equity loans, home equity lines of credit and refinance loans from their ICE-supported mortgage servicing portal.

The options are available to lender-servicers who are using the MSP servicing system and Encompass loan origination system.

When homeowners access Servicing Digital, they can apply for a refinance, HEL or HELOC loan with an application that has been prefilled with borrower data from MSP. Then, loan applications are processed by Encompass and borrowers receive status updates via Servicing Digital.

Halcyon, Finastra Announce Integration

Halcyon, Fort Worth, Texas, and Finastra, Lake Mary, Fla., announced an integration to enable digital management of IRS Form 8821 authorizations within Finastra’s Mortgagebot solution to retrieve and manage tax transcript data for income verification.

The Halcyon 8821 solution enables lenders to collect borrower authorization for IRS tax transcripts digitally, then retrieves the verified income data directly from the IRS.

By integrating directly into Mortgagebot workflows, it eliminates manual steps and reduces processing time. Borrowers don’t need to manually upload documents, for instance.

Servion Group Implements WaterfallCalc+
