Outamation Unveils Outamate Mods

Outamation, Dallas, launched Outamate Mods, a modular platform for loan modifications.

The platform can simplify the loan modification process from decision-making to document generation, fulfillment and recording. It has compliant AI at its core, and clients can adopt the complete solution or select individual modules.

It offers increased operational efficiency, decision accuracy, risk mitigation and cost savings, Outamation says.

Outamate Mods currently addresses mortgage modifications and is applicable to other industries where high-volume, complex and compliant financial restructuring is necessary.

Miles & Stockbridge, Krooth & Altman Merge

Miles & Stockbridge, Washington, D.C., announced it has completed a merger with Krooth & Altman, Washington, D.C.

As part of the collaboration, Miles & Stockbridge launched The Krooth & Altman GSE and HUD team at Miles & Stockbridge. The team will continue to specialize in financings involving loans originated through programs of GSEs and relevant federal agencies.

The combined firm now has 218 lawyers and 400 colleagues.

Calque, Matador Lending Partner

Calque, Austin, Texas, announced a partnership with Matador Lending, Houston.

The partnership will allow Matador Lending to offer The Trade-In Mortgage to buyers in California, Florida, Georgia and Texas.

The product allows homeowners to utilize the equity in their existing property to buy a new home before they’ve sold their previous one.
