MISMO Hires Amy Moses as Vice President of Strategic Growth

MISMO, the real estate finance industry’s standards organization, announced that Amy Moses will assume the role of vice president of strategic growth. In this role, Moses will lead MISMO’s growth and revenue strategy, drive expanded industry engagement, and cultivate strategic partnerships that advance adoption and impact of MISMO standards across the mortgage ecosystem.

Moses, who joined MISMO in early 2025 as a contractor, will oversee initiatives designed to elevate visibility of MISMO’s priorities, increase implementation and adoption of standards, and support ongoing modernization of mortgage processes.

Prior to joining MISMO, Moses held leadership roles at EscrowTab, and MERSCORP Holdings (MERS), where she focused on revenue expansion, industry engagement, and advancement of digital mortgage capabilities. She started her career in the mortgage servicing and subservicing realms and brings extensive expertise in strategic partnerships, market development, and cross-industry collaboration.

Moses serves on the board of the Alcova Heights Community Association, held a seat on the Board of Governors for the Maryland Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association (MMBBA), and was part of the MBA MORPAC Steering Committee. She is a speaker at industry events and was named a 2022 HousingWire Marketing Leader.

Moses earned both her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from the University of Northern Iowa.
