Dealmaker: Newmark Arranges $630M Refinancing for 830 Brickell in Miami

Newmark Group, New York, arranged a $630 million refinancing loan for 830 Brickell, a newly delivered Class A office tower in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.

Newmark Co-President of Debt & Structured Finance Jordan Roeschlaub, Vice Chairman Nick Scribani and Associate Director Tim Polglase arranged the financing on behalf Cain International and OKO Group. Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan led the funding.

Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and completed last year, the 57-story office tower is Miami’s first Class A office delivery in more than a decade. Current tenants include Microsoft, Citadel, Kirkland & Ellis, CI Financial, Thoma Bravo, Marsh Insurance, Santander Bank and Sidley Austin.
