FHA Increases HECM Limit to $1.25M in 2026

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) said Thursday it will raise the maximum claim amount for Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECMs) to $1,249,125 in 2026, up from $1,209,750 this year.
