nCino Launches AI-Powered Doc Validation for Mortgage Processing
nCino, Wilmington, N.C., has introduced Doc Validation, an AI-powered tool to automatically classify and validate mortgage documents during the upload process.
nCino says that loan officers spend an average of 13.5 hours per loan on document collection and processing, and this will help speed the process.
Doc Validation can classify and validate tax returns, W-2s, pay stubs, licenses and bank statements, then automate their assignment to appropriate loan origination system folders. Borrowers receive immediate feedback if an uploaded document is inaccurate or incomplete.
It’s now available to select lenders through the firm’s early access program; general availability is expected in early Q4.
