Land Gorilla Names Ben Sizemore Chief Information Officer

Land Gorilla, San Luis Obispo, Calif., announced Ben Sizemore as the company’s chief information officer.

He has more than three decades of enterprise technology experience, and will be tasked with guiding Land Gorilla’s technology strategy, driving innovation and ensuring the scalability of its platform.

Sizemore is an expert in cloud infrastructure, data security, software development and strategic IT planning. He previously served as CTO at Bayview Loans and Lakeview Loan Servicing and as CIO at First Guaranty Mortgage Corp.

Ncontracts Chooses Clay Carter as Chief Information Security Officer

Ncontracts, Brentwood, Tenn., has appointed Clay Carter as chief information security officer.

Carter has nearly 20 years of cybersecurity leadership experience. He will lead the Ncontracts security strategy across the company’s SaaS platform and corporate infrastructure, and will play a pivotal role in the firm’s AI transformation.

He was most recently senior vice president and CISO at Nielsen. Prior to that, he held senior product security leadership roles at Xylem Inc. and GE Digital.

Choice Mortgage Group Expands Leadership Team

Choice Mortgage Group, Boca Raton, Fla., has announced a number of personnel updates.

RJ Baxter, former broker-owner of Clear Path Home Loans, is now heading the Choice Denver office.

Brian Mozley, former broker-owner of Financial Mortgage Solutions has joined as Chief Growth Officer in the firm’s Albuquerque, N.M. office, which he will manage.

In Portsmouth, N.H., Kirk Todd will lead Choice’s newest office as Branch Manager. He has already extended the company’s reach in Massachusetts.
