Have you ever noticed you say “sorry” even when it isn’t necessary? You’re not alone. As part of the mPower webinar series, we are pleased to offer this insightful conversation which explores why women often apologize excessively and how to break that habit.

Through real-life examples and practical exercises, attendees will learn to communicate more authentically, own their power, and leave unnecessary apologies behind—resulting in greater self-assurance and more impactful communication.
