Dark Matter Technologies, Jacksonville, Fla., launched a Developer Portal.

It marks a significant evolution for the Empower loan origination system, moving from API access to a fully open API ecosystem. It provides external developers with self-service access to documentation, code samples and integration guides.

VantageScore, San Francisco, announced the expansion of its VantageScore 4plus pilot program for lenders, which was launched in partnership with Credit Builders Alliance.

It leverages the VantageScore 4.0 credit score with open banking data to deliver the VantageScore4Plus model.

Benefits identified so far from the pilot include improved predictive list, clearer risk segmentation and expanded decisioning opportunities.

Fitch Ratings, dv01 Announce Fitch-dv01 Closed-End Second Mortgage Benchmark

Fitch Ratings, New York, and dv01, a Fitch subsidiary, announced the launch of the Fitch-dv01 Closed-End Second Mortgage Benchmark.

It provides a loan-level view into the Closed-End Second market, capturing 65% of recent securitized issuance, with coverage expected to reach 90% as additional transactions are onboarded to the dv01 platform. It’s powered by loan-level data from securitized deals where dv01 serves as Loan Data Agent and Fitch-rated transactions.

It is available via the dv01 web app and data feed.

It currently includes more than 87,000 originations, with an original loan balance exceeding $6.8 billion and 78,000 loans outstanding totaling $6 billion.
