Title Clearing & Escrow Adds Zach Hines, Cara Ogrodowski

Title Clearing & Escrow, Tulsa, Okla., has welcomed Zach Hines as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Cara Ogrodowski as Client Relations Manager.

Hines will be responsible for expanding the firm’s market share and sales team, and has more than 20 years of experience in the title industry.

Most recently he was CEO of TitleClose, and has also previously worked with BCHH National Title Agency, Ascendant National Title, Amrock, Equity National Title & Closing and LandAmerica Financial Group.

Ogrodowski will work with customers to understand their goals and ensure their needs are met.

She has more than 20 years of title industry experience, and most recently served as Executive Vice President at TitleClose. She has also worked for LandAmerica, Service 1st, and EPIC Real Estate Solutions.

Kari Van Kleef Joins CMG Home Loans

CMG Home Loans, a division of CMG Financial, San Ramon, Calif., announced the addition of Kari Van Kleef as Reverse Mortgage Operations Manager.

Van Kleef will be one of several industry veterans who will be directing the dedicated Reverse Mortgage department.

She has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, including with Fairway Independent and Movement Mortgage.

Merchants Bank Welcomes Marc Kramer

Merchants Bank, Carmel, Ind., has added Marc Kramer to the team, as a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator for its division Merchants Mortgage.

Kramer was previously a Loan Officer at PrimeLending, and has worked with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

In his new role, he will be based in Chicago, and will support current and prospective clients through the entirety of the borrowing process, providing a variety of mortgage loan products to meet their specific home buying needs.
