Dwight Capital, New York, and its affiliate REIT, Dwight Mortgage Trust, announced they closed a number of transactions in September.
Dwight Capital closed a $38.4 million HUD 223(f) refinance for a 200-unit apartment complex in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Called the Volta at Voyager, it includes 10 three-story residential buildings.
The refinance benefited from a Green Mortgage Insurance Premium reduction to 25 basis points, which enhanced the financial terms. This transaction was originated by Brandon Baksh and Brian Yee on behalf of client Mountain View Capital.
Another transaction by Dwight Capital was a $61 million HUD 232/223(f) refinance loan for a skilled nursing facility in New York. It was originated by Adam Offman, Managing Director of Healthcare Finance.
Offman also originated a $39 million HUD 232/223(f) refinance loan for a portfolio including a skilled nursing facility and assisted living facility in Manchester, N.H. Previously, DMT closed a $31.5 million bridge loan across the two facilities.
