FHFA Publishes Data on Manufactured Home Prices
The Federal Housing Finance Agency has begun publishing new national datasets on price trends for manufactured homes.
FHFA will provide quarterly data on the movement and level of manufactured home prices nationally.
The price indexes and median prices for manufactured homes are both based on data from real-property conventional mortgages acquired by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Snapdocs Touts Success of Partnership With Zions Bancorporation
Snapdocs, San Francisco, has announced a collaboration with Zions Bancorporation, Salt Lake City, to digitize the lender’s closings.
Zions operates in 11 states.
The companies said that Zions achieved more than 75% adoption of hybrid closings after one month with Snapdocs. It also has reported a 100% eSign success rate, a 100% scanback rate with settlement partners and an 80% reduction of errors in closing documents.
Zions also adopted Snapdocs’ new Funding Quality Control product.
Informative Research Adds AccountChek
Informative Research, Garden Grove, Calif., added AccountChek to its list of integrated verification providers within its IR Verification Platform.
The platform allows lenders to create customizable waterfalls for automatically ordering verification of employment and income. Lenders can pre-configure the steps in their tailored verification waterfall.
They can now add AccountChek to their verification waterfall for VOE/I using consumer-permission access to an online payroll provider’s self-service website.
