Fannie Mae Adds Diane Lye to Board of Directors
Fannie Mae announced Diane Lye has been appointed to its board of directors.
Lye has more than 30 years of experience in data science and technology. Most recently, she was Chief Information Officer at electric vehicle company Rivian Automotive.
She was previously at Capital One, National Association, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Card Technology, from May 2019 to September 2022, and as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data, Machine Learning, Risk and Finance Technology, from October 2016 to May 2019. Prior to joining Capital One, she held a number of other technology-centric leadership roles.
FHFA Announces C-Level Appointments
The Federal Housing Finance Agency announced Luis Campudoni has been named Chief Information Officer and Mary Peterman has been named Chief Financial Officer.
Campudoni has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, and was most recently Chief Information Officer at the Small Business Administration.
Peterman has more than 30 years of experience, and is a certified public accountant and a certified government financial manager. She recently joined FHFA after a role as the Controller/Deputy Director of the Division of Finance for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
Jason Mapes Joins Floify as Head of Sales
Floify, Boulder, Colo., has welcomed Jason Mapes as Head of Sales.
Mapes was previously Director of Sales for nCino’s Mortgage Suite.
He has more than two decades of experience in the industry, including roles in loan origination, branch management and sales. In addition to nCino, he’s worked for Ellie Mae (now ICE Mortgage Technology), Unify and Lenders One.
Rocktop Technologies Appoints Jason Tanaka as Chief Technology Officer
Rocktop Technologies, Irving, Texas, has appointed Jason Tanaka as Chief Technology Officer.
Tanaka has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage and financial markets.
He was previously Executive/AVP Real Estate Technology Strategy, USAA Federal Savings Bank; Managing Director, Livegage; Chief Technology Officer, Credit Union Student Choice; and Co-Founder, Simply Closing.
Simultaneously, Rocktop announced a partnership with LiquidFi, an asset tokenization platform.
Vikas Rao Joins Dark Matter Technologies
Vikas Rao has joined Dark Matter Technologies, Jacksonville, Fla., as Deputy Chief Product Officer.
Rao will be responsible for overseeing enhancements to the Empower loan origination system and establishing Dark Matter’s developer community.
He was previously Vice President of Product Management for Ellie Mae and has more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, product management and technology leadership.
WFG Taps Dan Hassen for Agency Operations Role
WFG National Title Insurance Co. appointed Dan Hassen as Senior Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager for Agency Operations.
He will be responsible for ensuring that operations in the region align with and support the company’s Agency division business objectives and growing the title agent basis within the region, among other duties.
Hassen has more than 40 years of experience, and has held a number of executive-level positions with national title insurance companies and agencies.
