LoanPASS Expands Sales Team

LoanPASS, Miami, has added to its sales team with the hiring of Ed Rosena and Brad Padratzik as SVPs.

Rosena was previously with ICE Mortgage Technology.

Padratzik was formerly with the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Richey May Adds Tyler House

Richey May, Englewood, Colo., announced the addition of Tyler House as Director of Data Analytics.

House will lead the development of all the firm’s data analytics and benchmarking solutions, and its efforts to deliver proactive insights to clients.

House was previously with Richey May for about 10 years. Most recently he was Strategic Finance Manager at SoFi Technologies Inc.

Quantalytix Names Michael McCay Director of Mortgage Technology

Michael McCay has been named Director of Mortgage Technology at Quantalytix, Birmingham, Ala.

Quantalytix is the provider of cloud-based Enterprise Bank Management software and Enterprise Data Management Platform.

McCay has almost two decades of financial industry experience, with a background including software development and system administration. Recently he has focused on origination and processing in the retail and online lending space through capital markets and servicing in the wholesale and correspondent lending space.
