AmeriHome Mortgage Announces CEO Transition
AmeriHome Mortgage, Thousand Oaks, Calif., announced that Jim Furash, CEO, has retired as of March 1. He was the founding CEO of the company.
Josh Adler, previously Chief Investment Officer, will now be serving as CEO.
Additionally, Dan Blanding, Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, will be Chief Investment Officer.
Planet Home Lending Adds Doug Long as SVP, Divisional Sales Manager
Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., announced Doug Long as Senior Vice President, Divisional Sale Manager.
Long has more than four decades of experience in mortgage banking.
Prior to joining Planet Home Lending, he was the Southeast Divisional President for AmeriFirst Mortgage/Union Home and President of National Lending for Prospect Mortgage. He also was CEO and Co-Founder of Pinnacle Financial.
Pilgrim Christakis Promotes Alan Ritchie as Partner
Pilgrim Christakis, Chicago, announced the promotion of Alan Ritchie to partner.
He’s been an associate at the firm for more than five years.
Previously, Ritchie began his career at Severson & Werson.
He has been representing the consumer financial services industry in courts and arbitrations around the country for nearly a decade, and often represents clients in complex matters involving consumer protection, data privacy and security and commercial disputes.
