Xactus Names Joseph Peterson CFO

Xactus, Broomall, Pa., has announced Joseph Peterson as Chief Financial Officer.

He will oversee the firm’s financial operations, including managing the strategic direction of Xactus’ accounting and finance functions, developing policies, procedures and financial controls, overseeing financial systems, ensuring the accuracy of internal and external reporting, identifying investment opportunities, securing funding and managing risk.

Peterson has more than 30 years of financial experience, and was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Sagent Lending Technologies.

Greg Dalgarno Promoted at Embrace Home Loans

Embrace Home Loans, Middletown, R.I., announced that Greg Dalgarno has been promoted to Director of Builder Services. He was previously Sales Manager.

Dalgarno will focus on growing Embrace’s new construction home lending business throughout the East Coast by forming partnerships with builders and recruiting loan officers who specialize in new home construction.

He has more than two decades of mortgage industry experience, and was previously with Guaranteed Rate and Wells Fargo.

Planet Home Lending Expands Team

Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., announced the addition of Tom Reber as an Area Sales Manager leading a team in Jacksonville, Fla. It also announced a new team in Chandler, Ariz., led by Branch Manager Deb Gontko Klein and Loan Partner Robert Tiongson.

Reber, who has more than 30 years of experience, will help expand the company’s presence in Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee, Fla., and Savannah, Ga.

The Jacksonville team includes Mortgage Loan Originators Allen Lewis and Jeromy Peters and Loan Officer Assistants Nicole Crabtree and Priscilla DeMasi.

For the new team in Arizona, Klein and her colleagues have experience helping first-time buyers and self-employer borrowers, or others who have struggled to obtain financing in the past or have unique needs.

WFG National Title Insurance Co. Appoints New SVP

WFG National Title Insurance Co., Portland, Ore., has announced Bette Rivera-LeMay as Senior Vice President, Sales and Strategic Growth, for the company’s North Texas Operations.

Rivera-LeMay will be responsible for recruiting and hiring various new personnel, and training and managing the region’s sales team members, among other tasks.

Beginning her career as a realtor, she has almost two decades of experience in the industry.

Westcor Land Title Insurance Welcomes Al Korosy

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla, has welcomed Al Korosy as an Underwriter.

He is based in New Jersey and will serve the New Jersey/Pennsylvania region.

Korosy has more than 38 years of experience in the title insurance industry.
