Incenter Promotes Sara Parrish to Chief Operating Officer

Incenter Lender Services, Fort Washington, Pa., announced Sara Parrish as its new Chief Operating Officer. She will also retain her position as President of Incenter company CampusDoor.

Parrish joined CampusDoor–a third-party student and specialty loan origination platform–in 2016.

Parrish’s promotion is part of a strategic evolution, Incenter said. Last fall, it rolled out plans to serve a broader range of national and regional banks, credit unions, servicers, investors and asset managers in new ways, among other initiatives.

LERETA Announces New CTO

LERETA, Pomona, Calif., announced that Mitch Bledsoe has been named Chief Technology Officer.

Bledsoe has been with the company since 2022 and was previously Senior Vice President of Enterprise Technology.

He has more than two decades of experience in technology management, including positions with companies such as Assurant Specialty Property, CoreLogic, Verb Technology, AutoZone and First American Corp.

Bill Shuler to Be Planet Home Lending Chief Information Officer

Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., announced Bill Shuler as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer.

Shuler has more than 25 years in the financial services industry. He will be tasked with growing Planet’s technological capabilities and efficiency.

Shuler was previously President of WPS Advisors, and has held a number of other roles in the industry.
