IndiSoft Teams With eFiscal Networks’ Student Debt Solutions

IndiSoft, Columbia, Md., announced it has partnered with eFiscal Networks’ Student Debt Solutions.

Student Debt Solutions helps individuals with debt by taking advantage of federal repayment programs, via algorithms and a user-friendly application, and has aided thousands in finding solutions for default resolution, cancellation, forgiveness options and repayment plans.

HUD-certified Housing Counselors with clients who have student debt affecting their ability to purchase a home may now offer SDS to their clients while working in IndiSoft’s HomePrep mortgage-readiness module. Moreover, the results of the plan can flow back into HomePrep to be leveraged by the HCA to improve their client’s cashflow .

MCT Integrates With Fannie Mae’s Mission Score API

Mortgage Capital Trading, San Diego, announced new integrations with Fannie Mae’s Mission Score API and Mission Score 2 and 3 product grids.

The new integrations provide loan-level Mission Scores and associated pricing to mortgage originators, enabling lenders to improve margins or offer better borrower pricing.

MCT is the first to integrate with this API, it said in a release. These integrations increase the granularity of pricing that Fannie Mae provides sellers on MCT Marketplace.

AgentHome Acquires Corinthian Title

AgentHome, Maitland, Fla., announced it has received regulatory approval and closed on a deal to acquire Corinthian Title Co., San Diego.

Corinthian provides title insurance and escrow services for residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Corinthian has 10 locations throughout Southern California, and is licensed to provide title and escrow services to about 90% of California’s population.
