Currently, CU data exists in a separate system, hindering seamless data transfer and comprehensive audits. By integrating LOS data into ACES, auditors can systematically review appraisal data, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions. Detailed reporting and sharing capabilities with appraisal management companies (AMCs) ensure vendor accountability and maintain quality standards.
