MBA Calls for Overhaul of FHA Multifamily Programs

The Mortgage Bankers Association is asking the Department of Housing and Urban Development to make significant changes to FHA’s multifamily mortgage programs.

The bulk of the MBA’s concerns involves FHA’s Federal Financing Bank risk-sharing program, which is for state and local housing finance agencies.
