Real-Estate Stocks Jump After Inflation Report

Real-estate stocks are finally having their day in the sun. The worst-performing S&P 500 sector this year took a turn as the index’s leader Thursday after data showed inflation eased substantially in June. The group was recently up nearly 3%, while the broad index traded lower.
