Mr. Cooper Group Names Mike Weinbach President
Mr. Cooper Group, Dallas, has announced Mike Weinbach as President, with responsibility for leading operations, including originations, servicing and technology.
Weinbach has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was most recently CEO of Consumer Lending for Wells Fargo, and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. He was also previously CEO of Chase Home Lending at JP Morgan Chase.
Chris Marshall, who currently serves as Vice Chairman and President, will remain with Mr. Cooper Group to assist with the transition and oversee fundraising for the company’s MSR funding. Marshall will then retire at the end of 2024.
Rocket Cos. Announces Jonathan Mildenhall as CMO
Rocket Cos., Detroit, announced Jonathan Mildenhall has been named group Chief Marketing Officer, a new role.
The marketing and communications teams for all brands under the Rocket Cos. umbrella will report to Mildenhall.
Rocket Cos. is the parent company of Rocket Mortgage.
He has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and branding, including as co-founder of branding and marketing consultancy TwentyFirstCenturyBrand. He also has worked as the first CMO of Airbnb and as a Vice President at Coca-Cola Co.
MRLP Adds Lisa Lee, Judi Romano
Legal services provider McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, Roswell, Ga., announced it has added Lisa Lee and Judi Romano.
MRLP also announced it has expanded into Pennsylvania, offering residential and commercial foreclosure, litigation, bankruptcy, eviction and REO services across the state.
Lee will serve as Chief Marketing Officer. Romano will be a partner in the Pennsylvania foreclosure group. Both will be based in the new Philadelphia office.
WFG Promotes Natalie Koonce
WFG National Title Insurance Co., Portland, Ore., has promoted Natalie Koonce to Division President for the Colorado region.
Koonce has been with WFG since April 2020, beginning as Senior Vice President, National Escrow Advisor. She was previously President of North American Title of Colorado’s Colorado Division.
WFG said Koonce will leverage her extensive industry expertise and well-established industry relationships to support and grow the company’s operations in the state.
