Troy Coggiola Appointed as Polly COO

Polly, San Francisco, has announced Troy Coggiola as Chief Operating Officer.

In this role, Coggiola will lead Polly’s product, implementation, support and design teams.

He has more than 25 years of mortgage technology and enterprise software experience; he was most recently Chief Product Officer for government tech provider Accela. He has also worked for ICE Mortgage Technology (at the time, Ellie Mae Inc.)

Freddie Mac Welcomes Roy Swan to Board of Directors

Freddie Mac announced Roy Swan was elected to its board of directors, which will be effective Feb. 19.

Swan has more than 30 years of experience in law, banking, corporate finance, public policy and investment management. Currently, he’s the director of Mission Investments at the Ford Foundation.

“Roy Swan’s experience in financial services and his work overseeing mission and community development investments established him as a major player in impact investing,” said Lance Drummond, Chair-Elect of Freddie Mac’s Board of Directors. “His background and three decades of experience in these and other areas make him uniquely qualified for this role, and we look forward to his contributions to Freddie Mac’s Board.”

Ingrid Jaschok Joins Cenlar as Senior VP of Default Operations

Cenlar FSB, Ewing, N.J., announced Ingrid Jaschok has been appointed Senior Vice President of Default Operations.

Jaschok will oversee all business segments within the default servicing portfolio including early and late-stage default.

She has more than 25 years of experience in call center operations, loan administration, mortgage loan servicing, loss mitigation, bank and non‐bank financial institution management, as well as regulatory and compliance oversight. She has previously worked for Flagstar Bank, Citibank, Auction.com, Freedom Mortgage and Mr. Cooper.
