Cenlar Announces New Leaders

Cenlar FSB, Ewing, N.J., announced the promotion of several senior leaders and the appointment of a new Vice President.

The promoted senior leaders include Owen Amster, to Vice President and Controller. Amster has been with Cenlar since May 2021.

Nick Brett was promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Management. He has been with the company since November 2020.

Mike Day was promoted to Vice President of Executive Client Management, and has been with Cenlar for 18 years.

Trevor Friel received a promotion to Vice President of Workforce management–he has been there since 2020.

Rena Madia was promoted to Vice President of Customer Interaction. She has been at Cenlar since 2013.

Additionally, Heidi Carter was appointed as Vice President, Business Information Officer, a newly created position. She was previously Director of Technology Strategic Sourcing at retailer Gap Inc.

AryMing Asset Management Welcomes Ari Zweig

Ari Zweig has joined AryMing Asset Management, Newark, N.J., as its Managing Director, effective Jan. 1.

Zweig has more than 20 years of financial industry expertise and was previously with MBIA Insurance Corp.

He comes with extensive experience in the RMBS sector, having led that function at MBIA for the past 7 years.

BWE Expands in Norfolk, Va., With New Personnel

BWE, Cleveland, announced the addition of three Senior Vice President loan originators in Norfolk, Va.

They are Rad Davenport, Gary Beck and Victor Pickett, and they represent the firm’s recent investment in the Mid-Atlantic region.

All three new senior vice presidents joined BWE from Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, along with Bill Watson as Vice President.
