Outamation Welcomes Three to Board of Directors
Outamation, Dallas, added Jocelyn Martin-Leano, Lisa Guadagno and Steve Stein to its board of directors.
Martin-Leano has significant experience in the industry, including as President of Rushmore Loan Management.
Guadagno serves as Chief People Officer at Outamation, and previously worked for HSBC.
Stein has held roles at JP Morgan Chase, CitiMortgage, Washington Mutual and Stearns Lending.
Planet Home Lending Hires Candice McNaught
Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., hired Candice McNaught as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Initiatives, for the Distributed Retail channel.
McNaught has more than 16 years of experience in driving revenue growth, recruiting sales teams and implementing strategic initiatives.
In her previous role, she oversaw 200 branch locations and a national network of more than 700 loan officers.

Click n’ Close, Addison, Texas, announced Jeff Raich has joined as National Sales Director in Correspondent Lending.
He will promote CNC’s down payment assistance programs and other opportunities with delegated correspondent mortgage originators.
Raich has more than 20 years of expertise in the mortgage and finance industry, including 12 years at MGIC.
Megan Castleton Joins Constructive Capital as Chief Credit Officer
Constructive Capital, Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., announced it has hired Megan Castleton as Chief Credit Officer.
She will develop and implement credit policies to ensure sound lending practices and drive technological innovation, in addition to driving strategic risk management by monitoring market trends, assessing credit risk and optimizing portfolio performance, and other responsibilities.
Castleton has nearly three decades of experience in credit, risk management and fraud prevention in commercial and residential spaces.
