Mortgage Cadence’s George Morales Named Chairperson of MISMO’s Reverse Mortgage Development Workgroup

George Morales, National Sales Director at Mortgage Cadence, Denver, a subsidiary of Accenture, has been named Chairperson of MISMO’s Reverse Mortgage Development Workgroup.

Morales will work on the development, introduction, publication and maintenance of reverse mortgage work products in collaboration with workgroup members, in addition to other leadership tasks.

Morales joined Mortgage Cadence last year, and has more than two decades of experience in the industry.

Brad Cardwell Joins Down Payment Resource

Down Payment Resource, Atlanta, announced Brad Cardwell has joined the team as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Cardwell will lead DPR’s enterprise sales, growing its sales team and partner network.

He has about two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Innovation for Revenue and Sales Enablement at Embrace Home Loans. He also has served on the executive advisory board of nCino.
