Nationwide Appraisal Network Welcomes William Waltenbaugh as Chief Appraiser
Nationwide Appraisal Network, Oldsmar, Fla., announced the appointment of William Waltenbaugh, as its new Chief Appraiser.
Waltenbaugh has more than three decades in the property valuation industry.
His journey began as a Certified Residential Appraiser. From there, he elevated his career by assuming pivotal positions as the Chief Appraiser for multiple Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) and a national lending institution. In these roles, he played a key role in driving operational excellence, overseeing functions such as quality assurance, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
Waltenbaugh will continue to leverage his extensive experience and deep industry knowledge to advance NAN’s commitment to technology, communication, and accountability. He is deeply passionate about the evolution of the valuation industry, with a keen focus on product development and modernization.
Xactus Announces Thomas Gallucci as Executive Vice President, Strategic Sales
Xactus, Broomall, Pa., announced Thomas Gallucci as EVP of Strategic Sales.
He will work to grow business around non-credit related products by leveraging Xactus’ subject matter experts and sourcing partnership opportunities, among other responsibilities.
Gallucci has almost 20 years of financial services and mortgage industry experience, including most recently as SVP, Business Development, at The Mortgage Collaborative.
National Investors Promotes Brandi Abercrombie
National Investors Title Insurance Co., Austin, Texas, a subsidiary of Investors Title Co., announced the promotion of Brandi Abercrombie to Senior Vice President, Texas Operations and Education.
Abercrombie has been with National Investors since 2020.
Prior to that, she was an agency manager for a national title insurance underwriter. She also has held other roles in positions related to all aspects in the title and underwriting business.
