RealPage Announces Products to Combat Rental Fraud

RealPage, Richardson, Texas, announced two new products to combat rental fraud.

The new offerings–RealPage Identity Verification-Premium and RealPage Income Verification–will be available with the company’s OneSite and On-Site leasing and property management platforms, leveraging technology from Plaid.

Blue Sage Solutions, The Mortgage Collaborative Partner

The Mortgage Collaborative, Austin, Texas, and Blue Sage Solutions, Englewood, N.J., announced a partnership on interim servicing.

The partnership makes Blue Sage’s Digital Servicing Platform available to TMC members at preferred rates.

All lenders, regardless of loan origination software, can use the Digital Servicing Platform to automate the onboarding of loans, process individual and batch payments, collect payments and seamlessly offboard loans via servicing transfers, enabling lender-servicers to reduce costs and improve borrower retention rates/

Informative Research Announces Manual VOI Integration With Veri-Tax

Informative Research, Garden Grove, Calif., announced the integration of Veri-Tax into its Verification Platform.

It merges Informative Research’s platform with Veri-Tax’s verification services, allowing lenders to access advanced verification tools and elevate the accuracy and reliability of borrower information.

This integration will enhance Informative Research’s service offerings, and help eliminate manual procedures, the company said.
