Cenlar Announces Executive Changes
Cenlar, Ewing, N.J., announced David Schneider as the new President of the company.
Schneider was previously Chief Financial Officer, and joined the company earlier this year. He manages the Banking, Financial, Client Management, Core Operations, Default Operations, Borrower Operations, Transfer Operations and Project Management businesses.
John Mezzasalma, previously Cenlar’s Senior Vice President, Finance, will be acting Chief Financial Officer. He joined Cenlar in 2015 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and was promoted to Vice President three years ago.
D. James Daras will continue as CEO.
ServiceLink Welcomes New National Sales Executives
ServiceLink, Moon Township, Pa., announced three new hires in its origination division.
Joe Amoroso was announced as a Vice President, National Sales Executive. He has decades of experience in the mortgage lending and title insurance industries.
Laurinda Clemente is a new National Sales Executive. She previously spent more than 20 years at MERS.
Tom Lum also joins ServiceLink as a new National Sales Executive. He most recently was with Village Capital & Investments.
Stephanie Durflinger to Serve as Dark Matter Technologies CPO
Stephanie Durflinger was announced as the Chief Product Officer for Dark Matter Technologies, Jacksonville, Fla.
In her new role, Durflinger will spearhead product development for the Empower software team and digital products.
She was most recently Senior Vice President of Product Development at ICE Mortgage Technology. She has also worked for Sagent Lending Technologies and Ellie Mae.
FormFree Selects Jenny Moss as Director of Marketing
FormFree, Athens, Ga., announced the addition of Jenny Moss as its new Director of Marketing.
FormFree also launched its Passport portable financial ID, and noted it will launch its FormFree Exchange (FFX) online marketplace later in 2023.
Moss has previously worked with companies such as Depth PR and Silverton Mortgage.
Ameris Bank Promotes Ross McWilliams
Ameris Bank, Atlanta, promoted Ross McWilliams to Executive Vice President and Managing Director of its homebuilder division.
The division provides loans and other banking services for new home construction and other activities.
He has been with Ameris Bank for 15 years and has spent 30 years in the homebuilding sector.
