Dealmaker: Cushman & Wakefield, Greystone Involved in $14.6M Transaction for Georgia Multifamily Property

Greystone, New York, provided $14.6 million in acquisition financing for a multifamily property in Georgia. Cushman & Wakefield, New York, arranged the sale.
The financing was originated by Carter King, Director at Greystone.
The sale was arranged by Nelson Abels, Taylor Bird, Laura Aylor, and Austin Weathington of Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group.
The property, Bradley Pointe Apartments, is in Savannah, and features 144 units.
The $14,565,400 non-recourse, fixed-rate loan features interest-only payments for its entire 10-year term.
