(U.S. Fleet Cyber Command Center of Operations building, Suffolk, Va.)
Colliers Government Solutions sold the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command Center of Operations building in Suffolk, Va., for $33.2 million.
Colliers Executive Vice President Will Bradley and Senior Vice President Mark Williford represented seller Salus Group, Scottsdale, Ariz., which owned the 114,045-square-foot national security-related office asset located at 115 Lake View Parkway.
115 Lake View Parkway sits within a multi-building secure naval operations campus that provides an attractive environment for national security operations such as the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command. The property sits close to 15 military installations in one of the densest military geographies in the country.
“The asset received strong interest from a variety of capital profiles who were attracted to the asset and tenancy characteristics in today’s market, including the strong U.S. government credit rating and the unique security and infrastructure attributes that will support the Department of Defense’s operations in the building for the long-term,” Bradley said.
