Jody Mulkey Chosen as First American CTO

Jody Mulkey was appointed the new Chief Technology Officer of First American Financial Corp., Santa Ana, Calif.

Mulkey will oversee the company’s corporate product development team, which will be responsible for building and enhancing enterprise products that serve customers across multiple First American divisions.

Prior to his role, Mulkey was Chief Technology Officer at GoodRx. He also has held the same role at Ticketmaster.

ATTOM Announces New Personnel

ATTOM announced the appointment of Lauren Trevathan as Chief of Staff. Also, Karen Tang has been hired as Chief Customer Officer.

Trevathan is now responsible for driving companywide initiatives for ATTOM, and ensuring alignment and success across the organization. She has been with ATTOM for three years and previously held other leadership roles within the real estate space.

Tang will be instrumental in building out a best-in-class customer experience organization aimed at improving both customer retention and expansion, ATTOM said.

She was previously Vice President of Customer Success at ActiveCampaign.

Ronda McDowell Elected Chair of Maryland Bankers Association

Sandy Spring Bank, Olney, Md., a subsidiary of Sandy Spring Bancorp Inc., announced that Ronda McDowell, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, is the new Chair of the Maryland Bankers Association Board of Directors for 2023-2024.

She has served on the board for three years and previously held the roles of Vice Chair and Chair-Elect.

McDowell has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been with Sandy Spring Bank since 1996.
