The Week Ahead, Jan. 30, 2023: Countdown to CREF23

Good morning and happy Monday; we’re almost all the way through January (already!). We have a busy week ahead of us, so let’s get to it:

First, CREF23. The MBA Commercial Real Estate Finance/Multifamily Housing Convention & Expo—CREF23—is less than two weeks away, taking place Feb. 12-15 in San Diego. MBA NewsLink and MBA Commercial/Multifamily NewsLink will provide onsite coverage. For more information, click here.

Second MBA Reports. On Wednesday, Feb. 1, MBA issues its Weekly Applications Survey, with commentary and analysis from MBA Vice President and Deputy Chief Economist Joel Kan.
