At a key moment in Intercontinental Exchange’s proposed purchase of Black Knight, the leadership at ICE Mortgage Technology is changing as Joe Tyrrell, the unit’s president, is leaving the company. Effective March 1, Timothy Bowler, the president of ICE Benchmark Administration, will take the same role at the mortgage business.
