FormFree Appoints DIVINE as Head of Culture, Adds Ryan Caldwell to Board
FormFree, Athens, Ga., announced it appointed Victor “DIVINE” Lombard as its head of culture.
DIVINE, CEO and founder of Solvent, had a career as a hip-hop and rap recording artist before becoming an entrepreneur.
“We are extremely pleased that DIVINE has joined us and feel he is uniquely qualified to convey our message of financial parity for unserved and underserved communities,” said FormFree CEO and founder Brent Chandler.
Additionally, FormFree appointed Ryan Caldwell, MX Technologies Founder and Executive Chair, to its board of directors.
Caldwell has more than two decades of experience in financial services and fintech.
Prior to founding MX, Caldwell had founded multiple technology startups and worked as a consultant.
Certainty Home Lending Taps Bill Mott, Ben Lerner for New California Branch
Certainty Home Lending, Plano, Texas, a Guaranteed Rate Co., announced Bill Mott and Ben Lerner will lead its new branch in San Luis Obispo, Calif.
Mott will be Originating Branch Manager, and has been in the origination industry since 2002.
Lerner will be Producing Branch Manager, and has more than two decades of experience in the mortgage lending industry.
Sam Oliver III Joins Board of Advisors for Argyle
Sam Oliver III has joined the board of advisors for Argyle, New York, an automated income and employment verifications provider.
He spent more than three decades at Freddie Mac, holding a number of roles including Vice President of Business Transformation Management, Vice President of Major Project Execution, Vice President of Product Delivery and Acquisitions Business Technology Officer.
DocMagic Announces Chris Lewis as Director of Sales
DocMagic, Torrance, Calif., announced the promotion of Chris Lewis to Director of Sales.
He will lead a team of subject matter experts in the role.
Lewis has been a member of DocMagic’s sales team since 2016. He has 25 years of industry experience.
