FHA Gaining Popularity Among Borrowers, Home Sellers

Rate-lock activity among FHA borrowers increased in March, making up more than 20% of the pipeline, according to a recent report from analytics firm Black Knight. FHA lock volume had accounted for 18% of the market share at the beginning of the year and only 12% a year ago.
