Fannie Mae Names Anthony Moon Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer

Anthony Moon

Fannie Mae, Washington, D.C., appointed Anthony Moon as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, responsible for Fannie Mae’s Enterprise Risk Management, which oversees the company’s governance and strategy for global risk management.

Moon will be a member of Fannie Mae’s Management Committee. Andrew Brammer had served as Interim CRO since April.

Moon joins Fannie Mae from Morgan Stanley, where he led risk management for the Wealth Management and Private Bank division, a business that oversees $5 trillion in client assets. He previously held risk and operations leadership positions at GE Capital, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi and Bankers Trust.

Bill Grice

Bill Grice Named President for CBRE Hotels/U.S.

CBRE, Dallas, appointed Bill Grice as President for CBRE Hotels in the United States. He will lead CBRE’s hotel business that combines investment sales, finance, valuation, advisory and research into a single fully integrated service offering. CBRE Hotels was the intermediary for $165 billion in engagements and the number one firm for hospitality investment sales activity globally in 2021.

Grice, based in Atlanta, Georgia, has more than 20 years of hospitality and capital markets experience. He joined CBRE in 2020 and was most recently Co-Head of Hospitality Capital Markets. He was previously a member of the hotel investment banking team at JLL and prior to that worked in large loan originations at GE Capital Real Estate. He has been involved in over $40 billion of lodging-related recapitalization, financing, and equity placement during his career.

Grice succeeds Kevin Mallory, who will retire at the end of the year after more than 18 years with the firm.

Keegan Doyle

Keegan Doyle Joins Appraisal Logistics as Director of Marketing

Appraisal Logistics, Washington, D.C., named Keegan Doyle as Director of Marketing. He will focus on marketing efforts for the company’s AIM-Port appraisal management technology.

Before joining Appraisal Logistics, Doyle spent two and a half years with Reggora, where he managed several channels and completing many projects.

Outlaw has more than 20 years of experience and has been with Ncontracts since 2018, previously serving as Executive Vice President of Client Services. Before joining the company, she served as Vice President of Services at Symplr, a healthcare SaaS credentialing and compliance company, and Vice President of Operations at Kroll Background Screening.

Michael Puorro

Michael Puorro Joins Embrace Home Loans’ Basking Ridge, N.J. Office

Embrace Home Loans, Middletown, R.I., hired Michael Puorro in its Basking Ridge, N.J., branch as producing sales manager.

Puorro has more than 17 years of mortgage industry experience. He spent the past nine years as a top-producing originator at Caliber Home Loans, where he originated $383 million in loans over the past three years.

Shaun Gonzales

WFG Names Shaun Gonzales President of National Builder Services Division

WFG National Title Insurance Co., Portland, Ore., launched its National Builder Services division, which will provide escrow, title, and underwriting services to both regional and national homebuilders in all 50 states, and named Shaun Gonzales as the division’s President. 

Gonzales will focus on developing builder business within the company’s direct operations and building a dedicated national operation to support major national homebuilders. Over the past 20 years, he has led organizations during new home surges and managed them during significant market downturns. Early in his career, he held positions as a top escrow officer/manager and a national process improvement director. Since 2012, he has served as National Vice President for a national title underwriter dedicated to the homebuilder space. Gonzales is proud of creating innovative technology products specifically for homebuilders, including pioneering digital closings with top builders across the country and developing departments for next-generation talent.

Michael Harris

BlackFin Group Taps Michael Harris to Head Mortgage Servicing Business Practice

BlackFin Group, Englewood, Colo., hired Michael Harris as Managing Director and Partner of its Mortgage Servicing Practice.

Harris initially served as a loaned executive from Jennick Asset Management to complete policies and procedures development. Going forward, he will build out the mortgage servicing practice at BlackFin, offering strategies, frameworks and services that will help servicers reduce costs and increase revenues.

Harris has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior executive in the mortgage servicing and outsourced corporate services industries. Prior to BlackFin, Harris founded Jennick Asset Management, a firm he still serves as President & CEO. Previously, he was President of Exceleras, a provider of REO disposition software; President of Carrington Property Services; and President of Stewart Asset Recovery.

William Sitar Jr.

William Sitar Jr. Elected Chairman of TCN Worldwide Board of Directors

TCN Worldwide, Iselin, N.J., said its Board of Directors elected William Sitar Jr., Vice President at Sitar Realty/TCN Worldwide, as Chairman.

Sitar was originally elected to TCN’s Board of Directors in 2016 and has served as both Vice Chairman and Treasurer. Prior to joining Sitar Realty Co., a commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey, he served as equity analyst with Solomon Smith Barney, clerked for Judges Alan A. Rockoff and John S. Kuhlthau in the Superior Court of New Jersey and was a partner at the law firm of Mandelbaum & Mandelbaum.

Aaron DeCollibus

JLL Expands Seattle Valuation Advisory Group

JLL’s Valuation Advisory group, Chicago, expanded its team in Seattle with five new hires: Aaron DeCollibus, Executive Vice President; Keith Lee, Executive Vice President; Andrew Chapman, Senior Vice President; Derek Mason, Senior Vice President; and Jimmy Ryerson, Associate.

DeCollibus, who has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, will serve as the multi-housing lead for the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining JLL, he served as Managing Director at another leading commercial real estate services firm with a focus on growing the Pacific Northwest region’s valuation footprint.

Keith Lee

Lee will serve as the Pacific Northwest industrial lead, tasked with expanding JLL’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest Region. Prior to JLL, he worked as a Valuations Service Director at a national commercial real estate firm for 17 years, successfully leading a team of valuation professionals and specializing in industrial valuations.

Chapman, who will serve as the lead for JLL Valuation Advisory’s national manufactured housing practice, has more than 12 years of experience in valuations. During his career, he’s appraised more than 500 manufactured housing communities and RV parks. His experience spans projects for a variety of lending purposes, sales, asset monitoring, estate planning and proposed developments.

Mason joins JLL with more than 11 years in valuations. His expertise includes multi-housing, retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties. He began his appraisal career at a local valuation firm in 2011, and then moved to a national commercial real estate firm in 2017.

Ryerson has been in the valuation industry for five years, with significant experience in multiple sectors, including the self-storage market.
