Dealmaker: Walker & Dunlop Structures $115M Denver Multifamily Sale
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., structured a $115 million sale for Denver apartment community 360 Degrees.
The Class A community sits within Denver’s largest employment base, the Denver Technological Center.
Walker & Dunlop Managing Directors Dan Woodward, Dave Potarf and Matt Barnett and Senior Director Jake Young brokered the deal between seller EverWest Real Estate Investors, Denver, and buyer Griffis Residential, Greenwood Village, Colo.
“Core-plus properties in excellent locations are some of the most aggressively pursued multifamily assets on the market right now, and 360 Degrees would be no exception,” Woodward said. He cited the property’s attractive metrics including high replacement cost and excellent demographics and demand drivers.
Built in 2014, 360 Degrees units provide mountain views, outdoor recreation opportunities, walkable restaurants and thousands of jobs accessible by car or light rail.
