The session begins with opening remarks from 2023 MBA Chairman Matt Rocco and CEO Bob Broeksmit, who provide updates on the state of the industry and the priorities the association is pursuing on behalf of its members.

He also shares insights from his work with Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and the recently established Fuqua/Coach K Center of Leadership & Ethics, where he serves as executive-in-residence. MBA COO and Founder of mPower Marcia Davies interviews legendary star Rita Moreno—recipient of the EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Awards). She is also a New York Times best-selling author with her first book, Rita Moreno: A Memoir published by Celebra Books. Moreno received the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President George W. Bush and the National Medal of Arts by President Barack Obama.
