Q10 Triad Capital Advisors, Kansas City, arranged $78 million in long-term fixed-rate financing for 46 Penn Centre in Kansas City, Mo.

The pre-stabilized, 15-story office building overlooks the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City. Developed by, and headquarters for, Block Real Estate Services, the multi-tenant Class A property also features an Ocean Prime restaurant.

Q10 Triad Capital Advisors Executive Vice President Mark Reichter and Loan Analyst Alec Frook arranged the 10-year fixed-rate loan with Allianz. Reichter said the developer was able to lock in an attractive fixed interest rate before the Federal Reserve started to raise interest rates.
