Mortgage Rates Hit New 13-Year High

After dipping a slight 0.01% last week, 30-year fixed-rate mortgages trended upward this week, averaging 5.27%, up from 5.10%. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 2.96%. (MBA mention)
