Wells Fargo Sued Over Discriminatory Home Lending Practices

A Los Angeles based law firm says it is filing a federal lawsuit against Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, claiming discrimination against Black applicants for home mortgage refinancing through the bank’s Home Mortgage lender service. The lawsuit will join others filed last month.
