Mortgage Rates Continue their Ascent

Mortgage rates showed no let up in their upward march this week. According to the latest data released Thursday by Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate average jumped more than a quarter percentage point in one week, surging to 4.42 percent with an average 0.8 point. (MBA mention)
