Mortgage Rates Hit Highs Not Seen Since 2018

Mortgage rates’ rapid rise continued unabated this week. According to the latest data released Thursday by Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate average climbed to 4.67 percent with an average 0.8 point.
