A CBRE team led by Darcy Stacom, Chairman of NYC Capital Markets, represented Equity Residential, Chicago in the transaction.

A&E Real Estate recently acquired a sister property at 140 Riverside Boulevard in April for $266 million in a transaction also arranged by CBRE.

“Both 140 Riverside and now 160 Riverside offered A&E Real Estate the unique opportunity to own two of the highest-quality apartment towers on the Upper West Side,” said Ryan Silber, Vice President on the NYC Capital Markets team, who partnered with Stacom on the transaction.

Located between West 67th Street and West 68th Street overlooking the Hudson River, 160 Riverside Boulevard has 455 rental apartments, the Dwight School and commercial space, all with direct access to the Hudson River Park system.
